Shipping policy
Please contact us directly to discuss shipping your item(s). Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally outside of Mexico at this time. We may recommend; but cannot be held responsible for, third party shippers that are able to collect your item(s) at our loading dock. You can also find links to these third party shippers on our website.
SHIPPING FOB - FREE ON BOARD ORIGIN
At the moment shipper accepts item(s), LFVM is relieved of its ownership of the item(s), and the buyer accepts ownership. The item(s) becomes the responsibility of the buyer at the shipper's dock, and the buyer pays all of the associated costs.
THIRD PARTY SHIPPERS
We can recommend third party shippers; however, we will not take responsibility for your item(s) condition once it leaves our loading dock. Third party shippers typically collect your item(s) directly from our loading dock in their original condition and unwrapped. Photos may be taken prior to transfer to the third party shipper to ensure the "as is" condition of your item(s). Photos may be kept on file for up to 6 months after purchase.
LFVM does not accept responsibility for any damage, theft or loss that may occur once your item(s) leave our loading dock. You must ensure that your third party shipper covers any costs associated with damage, loss or theft of your item(s). All requests for Third Party Shipments must include a release authorization form which can be requested by emailing any member of our team at info@shoplafinca.com.
