RETURNS & REFUNDS
We consider all sales to be final and do not offer refunds in any form. The nature of our sales relationship prohibits us from offering refunds of merchandise once the sale is final. We may consider item(s) return for consignment only but will not offer a refund for the purchase of your item(s). You will be financially and physically responsible for shipping any item(s) considered for consignment and otherwise deemed returnable.
"AS IS" CONDITION
Please note that all merchandise is offered in "as is" condition. Our definition of "as is" condition is defined as the purchase or sale of a property in its existing condition without repairs. We make every attempt to convey through photographs and print the current "as is" condition of each piece; however, it is not always possible to convey the exact condition of each item at all times. By your purchase you agree to accept your purchased item(s) in "as is" condition and not to hold LFVM or it's employees responsible for the item(s) condition upon receipt.
EXCHANGES
Items offered for sale are unique and in most cases "one of a kind". It would be unusual and rare that an item or items could be exchanged for another same or similar item(s). The nature of our sales relationship prohibits us from offering exchange of merchandise once the sale is final.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
