- How to Start — Send 2–3 clear photos per item, with name, phone & short description.

- Approval — Specialists reply within 3 business days; final pricing after in-house evaluation.
- Contract — 6-month term, renewable with 20% reduction; La Finca retains commission on sales.
- Payment — Balance credited after sale; payable via MXN transfer/check within 7–14 days.

- Our delivery is cheap, designed to be fast and lean, so we don’t have to charge a lot more green.
- Therefore we keep it bare, no fancy wrapping or extra care.
- Revel in ground-level, we deliver to your door, nothing more.
- To be blunt, white glove service is not our stunt.
- A retail store may deliver to your upper floor, but our prices are wholesale, so that tale gets stale.
- A flight of stairs? That’s a “flat” no; ground-level only — that’s our show.
- If you didn’t buy it here, we can’t touch a thing; we’re not a moving company — we just bring.
- Storage? Your item gets 10 business days free, then there’s a fee.
